KLM’s Successful Foray Into Social Media

Like I said before….there are only TWO Dutch companies who I would willingly use and recommend….KLM is one of them. And their continued advances on the Social Media beach-heads they have established are testament to the fact that they are continually finding new and unique ways to reach out and service their customers. This video was a created as a bit of PR to emphasise the fact that their goal is to reply to every Tweet and Facebook post within an hour of it being posted….Day and night.
